The National Deputy Chairman ( Association of Local Government Vice Chairmen of Nigeria ) and Vice chairman of Ikorodu Local Government, Princess Folashade Olabanji-Oba has reacted to the death of APC Senator, Bayo Osinowo AKA Pepperito, who died yesterday, to shock of many.
In a press statement, She described his death as a rude shock and a big loss to Nigeria, Lagos state and the All Progressive Congress.
She extended her condolences to the President of the federation, Muhammadu Buhari, the national leader of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the senate president, Senator Ahmed Lawan, Speaker of the House Of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, his family, his constituency, Lagos east senatorial district, and the deceased Political allies.
‘’ I deeply commiserate with the President of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari, Our APC National Leader, Asiwaju ( Dr) Bola Ahmed Tinubu, President of the Senate, Senator Ahmad Lawan, PhD, CON and Speaker, House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila and the good people of Lagos State.
On the unfortunate demise of Senator Adebayo Osinowo,( a.k.a PEPPERITO) who until his death, represented Lagos East Senatorial District and also chaired the Senate Committee on Commerce, Industries and Investment.
His death is indeed a great loss to Lagos State, the legislature and the nation as a whole.
I also wish to express my hearty sincere condolences to the family and friends of Most Distinguished Senator Sikiru Adebayo ‘ Shehu” Osinowo,( a.k.a. PEPPERITO) member representing Lagos East Senatorial District at the Senate.
Our Distinguished and quintessential Leader per excellence’ s untimely passage came as a huge shock. I know we shall all miss him greatly and his insightful contribution in Lagos East, Lagos State and Nigeria as a whole.
My heartfelt and deepest sympathy also goes out to the people of Lagos East, his political associates and friends in general. I pray we all find solace in the memory of the deep love , compassion and contributions to the lives of people around him while he was alive.
I pray that his great soul rest in perfect peace and that the good Lord comforts and strengthens his family to bear the loss.
May Allah forgive him and admit him into Aljannatul Firdaus, comfort his family and associates in these very challenging times.
