A non-governmental group called GRAVEl, was on Wednesday evening October 7th, protested to the police command headquarters, Ikeja against SARS brutality, extorting and incivility.
The group carrying various placard with differently inscriptions calling on Inspector General of Police to do away with bad eggs among the Sars.
The Commissioner of police Lagos state CP Hakeem Odumosu later addressed the group on the IGPs diretives and efforts of the IGP, and Federal government to sanitise the police institution in Nigeria.
The CP also rolled out his actions on sanitizing police in Lagos, he assured them of his commitment to arrest and prosecute any erring police officer who violates the order of the IGP and his in Lagos state.
