Apostle Agboli For Burial In November 27 At Lagos Church

All is set for the burial of the founder and General Overseer of Victorious Army Ministries International, Apostle Joseph Dominic Agboli on November 27 2021.

This was made known through a press briefing organized by the congregation of Deacon and Elders on Thursday September 16, 2021 in the church auditorium.

The Church Elders and Deacons encourage everyone to join the family and members of Victorious Army Ministries International in prayer for God Almighty to grant everyone coming for this event good health, journey mercies so as to give the General Overseer/Ark Bearer a befitting burial and to have eternal rest in the bosom of our Lord Jesus Christ.

At the start of the meeting a one-minute silence and prayer was observe and said in honour of the Father-in-the-Lord, Apostle Agboli.

Elder Alex Okereke said: “It is agreed that we carry out the Christian burial ceremony of our Father-in-the Lord Apostle Joseph Dominic Agboli here in the Church Headquarters, 22Acme Road, Ogba-Ikeja, Lagos State.”

Deacon Patrick Idiake, while reeling out the program of event at the briefing said the days of the eventful programmes are slated for three days from Friday till Sunday. The service of songs and praise night on Friday 26th November, 2021, the Funeral service/interment on Saturday 27th November, 2021 while Thanksgiving service on Sunday 28th November, 2021.

Responding to a question on why the burial was being delayed till November, Deacon John Ekpakpale, said that this was because the church is international, saying that members would be coming from various branches, and that the children of the deceased reside abroad.“Therefore, we plan to carry everybody along so that we will give our late founder a befitting burial.

“Moreover, for anybody to travel, you know the protocol such person would go through, either when you are going out of the country or coming in.“This is the reason we decided to put it at the time that would be convenient for everybody.

“Victorious Ministries is an organized organization, the death of our father in the lord would not bring crisis or rancour. I want to let you know that there’s Holy spirit who has always been in control of everything in the church,” he said.

Apostle Joseph Dominic Agboli was a man of God indeed, He accepted the calling of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ as a Senior Pastor and Founder of the popular Victorious Army Ministries International in 1995.

When asked the cause of the death of Apostle Agboli. Deacon Patrick cleared the air on the news making round the media that the cleric died of COVID-19 complications.

He said:“There are some ailments you don’t hide, but for the record, he had nothing like COVID-19, he just went to meet with the Lord,”

It was on the record that Apostle Joseph Dominic Agboli was born in 1963. He attended Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Institution. He was Known to be dedicated Christian and his love for God made him to be a committed Born Again and Christian student Union leader that attracted the Anointing of God upon his life while he was a student in both Secondary and Tertiary institutions.
