The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has appointed former Speaker House of Representatives, Rt Hon Yakubu Dogara as Chairman of screening committee for Ondo 2020 Governorship Election.
The Party constituted the five-member Governorship Screening Committee on Wednesday.
About 10 aspirants including Eyitayo Jegede, current deputy governor of the state, Agboola and Dr Eddy Olafeso picked PDP governorship expression of interest and nomination forms which costs N21million.
The leading opposition party has slated Ondo PDP Primaries for July 23, 2020.
