He was said to have been on a life support machine for weeks at the hospital after slipping into a coma following Coronavirus complications.
He died from Covid-19 complications at First Cardiology hospital Lagos on Saturday.
Few weeks ago, he was reportedly tested positive for the deadly pandemic but later confirmed to be negative by doctors at the Lagos isolation centre, he was moved to the First Cardiology hospital when his condition deteriorated.
Our source told Nationalsketch.com that the discovery affected his body’s ability to respond as quickly to treatment at the isolation centre; hence, the need for advanced treatment at First Cardiology Hospital hospital in Lagos where he passed on Saturday evening.
