The Nun Danket Chorale, Orchestra & Band,an initiative of Mr. Sunday Adeyinka Akapo,will on Thursday 1st October 2020 host a programme tagged “United We Are One”.
The event organised to commemorate the 60th Independent Day Anniversary of Nigeria will take place at the National Library (Rotunda Hall) 227, Herbert Macaulay Way Alagomeji Off Casino Bus Stop Sabo, Yaba Lagos at 11am.
The Project Coordinator of the Chorale group, Mr Femi Lambo in his press release, stated that the historic concert is to specially appreciate God’s faithfulness upon the nation and celebration of 10 decades of united nationalities.
Lambo said that despite the great challenges the nation is presently experiencing,” we have course to celebrate with the hope that all will be well.” The Virtual/selected dignitaries participatory Concert is expected to feature talented youths and other Guest Artistes.
The event will also highlight rendition of great classical and contemporary musical works, by renowned composers and display of diverse cultural heritage of our great Country.
It is indeed an experience that should not be missed. The labour of our heroes past shall not be in vain.
